Anderson was an Academy classmate and fellow MPD Officer. I worked with him for 2 years before moving on the OCSO in Orlando, FL. He was an awesome Police Officer and an even better man. I spoke with a young man tonight who has reached the half way point of Academy training in Selma. He's so excited to finish now that he's on the back end of training. I then saw the article on Anderson's killer finally meeting his justice. RIP Anderson, justice has been done.

I seen the story on the news about his murderer tonight. RIP to the fallen officer. To the family and friends, grief never ends, but it changes. It is a passage, not a place to stay, And always may you remember, grief is not a weakness, nor a lack of faith. But it is the price of love.

God bless Office Gordon's family. Twenty years to see justice done should not have happened but justice is now done. May Anderson rest in peace and may God hold his family in the palm of His hand so that they too will have peace.

Gordon and I were classmates in Junior High & High School, played football together and grew up in the same neighborhood (Ridgecrest). He was a great friend and teammate. Always had a positive attitude and a good word. Rest in peace brother.

God Bless you Brother. I never knew you, but you were a brother of mine in blue. I lost a brother in blue, George Mcgahee in 1975. We rode together sometime. Anytime a brother in blue gives his life I grieve for them and their families. May God be with you always and forever. May god bless your family and all of your loved ones. My reflection is looking in the eyes of McNabb one week prior to you being shot talking my way out of a situation. I was hired to find McNabb, not pick him up. Calling the MPD on the make and modle of the fire arm, I was told "we dont help bounty hunters." I was no means a bounty hunter. Blesses Be and that I really tried and my friend that you were killed on week later by the same gun he was pointing at me. I will never forget this day. I just need closure.

Bro. as we called you I knew you before we were Officers at MPD we have always been friends. I remember going to the Magic City Classic and hanging together. I always think about that tragic day it almost ended my law enforcement career. But what better way to honor you then to finish my career of 24 years with MPD. Thanks for being a friend.

I miss my classmate and friend. My heart dropped when I heard the news that my friend had died. I had just spoken to him on his parttime job a couple of weeks earlier. We hadn't seen each other since high school. He was the nicest person you could ever have met. I love and miss my friend. Fallen so young
