Reflections for Special Agent Harrison Dean Pulliam

I worked with Dean for a few months in 1981, at Bitburg Air Base, Germany, when he and I were small arms instructors. In that job you trust your life to your fellow range officer, and I had full trust and confidence in Dean. He spoke passionately of his dream to become an AFOSI special agent, and I'm glad he lived that dream for many years. Rest in peace, Dean.

I was Agent Pulliam's instructor when he attended Contracts training at Lowry AFB, CO during 1984. We became good friends afterwards. I was deeply saddened to learn of his death. I just hope he didn't suffer before he died. He was a great credit to the AFOSI.

Dean, it has been over four years since the accident and we still think of you and miss you.
