Agente Melendez better Known as phantamin which means the phantom.melendez was a humble kind person who always gave more than what was expected.his nick name phantom was given because everytime we worked together lots a weird and un explained things use to happen some were funny some were like i said unexplainable.I will always miss u and carry u in my heart. berenguer, melendez and I were a team and bests friends. the night agente melendez died, we were beginging our shift when he notice he forgot to wear his ring this ring had special meaning to melendez since his deceased father was the one who gave it to him his father had told him to always wear the ring since the ring was his protection Melendez and every one who knew him truely believed this. Melendez wanted to go home to get his ring but was unable to do so.and before we left the briefing and were assigned he told me that he knew tonight would be his night and he said good bye normally it would be us three patrolling but i was replaced to train a new officer and berenguer an melendez was given a rookie officer which he died as well.In one way i was spared, and you know the rest but my dear friend i believe you met up with your father and you are in a better place rest in peace que descanse I will always cherish our friendship and remember all of those memories we all had .RIP
