I went to school with Brian befor he moved out of River Falls WI. Brain was and always will be a friend. One other classmate of Brian and mine is a officer in the River Falls Police Department. There is not a day that goes buy that both of us don't think of Brian. He was one of the greats guys I have ever meet.

Eight years ago tonight. The weather is about the same, my friend. No matter the temperature, it will always be a cold night. You are remembered. We still have the watch.

I never knew you Brian, but your memory is sure alive in this area. I visited your grave site for the first time with a Deputy and was in total amazement as to how beautiful it is. Thank you for your service and your memory will continue to live on in many people's hearts.

I never knew you, yet the night I saw your picture on the news, I cried. Your photo and smile in your uniform says it all! I believe that if we had known each other, we would have been great friends. We are the same age and have been doing the same job for the same amount of time. I have your picture up with other fallen officers, yet feel your passing much deeper. I pray your death is never in vain and that your wife and child never forget you. GOB BLESS YOU BRIAN!

It's been nearly 8 years since you left us on that cold, bitter night. I remember it like it was yesterday. You will always be missed, but you will never be forgotten. Thank you for all you did.

Rest easy BLUE ANGEL

November 2, 2003

Rest in peace, Brother. We remember you.

A Minnesota Cop

"These mist covered mountains are home now for me, but my home is the lowlands and always will be. Someday you will return to your valleys and farms and you will no longer burn to be brothers in arms. Through these fields of destruction and babtisms of fire, I have witnessed your sufferings and you never desserted me my brother in arms. Let me bid you farewell everyman has to die. They are fools to make war on our brothers in arms."

We will always be here for you, you are our partner!!!

We love you and will miss you always BDK.

Much time has gone by since your passing and no one has left you a reflection yet. Please do not feel forgotten. I am sure you know now that we lost another one the other day. She was an officer in Minneapolis and one got her just below the vest.

I am a young law enforcement student who hopes to one day be out there on the streets where you were. And for some reason when I think of fallen officers I think of you. So keep a look out for those on the streets. Hopefully I will be out there to someday.
