To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 43rd anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace

Today it is 39 years since you joined St. Michael's Police
Patrol in heaven. It is often said that those streets are paved with gold and peaceful, but it is not the peaceful streets of heaven that the fallen patrol it is the violent streets of earth that the fallen once again patrol. If not the case they would not have been given wings. I know that in many
an officers life are the moments where they were snatched instantly from harms way. It is those moments that the fallen
are on the job, ever vigilant in their sense of duty to the thin blue line.
So today Patrolman Worster I thank you for your continued service to protect and as the mother of a police officer I ask that you continue to watch over my son as he works his
beat on these mean streets.
Thank You from the bottom of my heart on behalf of all police every where.
