Reflections for Policeman Juan R. Longoria-Torres
To my great-grandpa, taken so young, and so tragically. Your family never forgot you. Grandma told me many good things about you and how you worked hard for your family. She also told me about their sadness after your life was taken.
I know you are reunited with your children now, and your memory is honored in your descendants. Although I never got to meet you, I am proud to be your great-grandchild, and proud of your service to Puerto Rico. Your life was worthy. ❤️

My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
