Reflections for Patrolwoman Doreen A. Tomlinson

It is very hard to believe that such a promising career was cut so short and so many years have passed. It seems like only yesterday that we prepared for the agility test, attended roll calls and answered calls for services.

A life long bounty of memories in such a short time span and how your smile always shone so bright.

Your earthly being is gone but your spirit lives on....You gave us all so much to smile about in such a short time.

I know that #142 is indeed resting in peace and keeps shining down upon us.........

Went back to the old Apex days when you were working in the Camera Dept. Seems like yesterday when I remember you going up the back hill on your cycle. Your Dad was so very proud with his hand on your right shoulder. My own daughter is now with the the CFPD and you are the benchmark of the quality of the police officer she should strive to attain. I always look at your photo in the hall and say a silent prayer. Always remembered/never forgotten. Just found this site and saw by brother, Craig, reflection along with your brother, Bob. God Bless ... Mark
