Rest in peace Trooper Tessitore. Was wondering if you were related to sportscaster Joe Tessitore who does Monday night football?

I was born the day you passed. Born to a trooper and nurse. As our souls passed I'm sure they touched each other, yours on the way up mine on the way down. Your souls journey ended, mine just beginning. My family life has always been surrounded by the PA State Troopers and for this I have been honored.
Thank you for your service.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 53rd anniversary year of your death. I am priviliged to leave a tribute to you. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace.

I pray for solace for all those that love and remember you for I know both the pain and pride are forever.

50 years later you are still not forgotten by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. You did a job well done.

An Angel in the Sky Must Leave His Place of Rest. Gently Tucking His Wings beneath His Armored Vest. For Duty has called, there is much work to do. Little did he know, This One is dressed in Blue. Arriving on the Scene, He Knows Just What to Say, Follow me Fallen Brother, I'll Show you the Way, "Your Duty has Ended, Your Work is now Through, "Come Hang Your Hat Beside mine, I'm A Cop Too.

God bless the Tessitore family
