I am sorry and have thought of Deputy Edwards and Deputy Woods today. This is, as I work for the Gila County Sheriff's Office and in the same area, which they have lost their life's on this date many years ago.
I bless your souls and your family's to ease the pain they have had and have each day.
If I don't make it home today I know my brother will be waiting for me at the gates of heaven. if I make it home I hope I have fulfilled the large shoes you have both left behind and make you proud.
Love you brothers.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 47th anniversary year of your death. I am priviliged to be among the first to leave a tribute to you. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace.
