I am looking to locate any of my mothers family, marie's sisters, or my uncle travis. i am having a difficult time obtaining a birth certificate, and need some information. I was adopted by ellen and ray stroup in 1963, and was told my mother gave birth to me in a unwed mothers home, and that there is no record of my birth, well according to vital statistic's in calif, there is no record of my birth naming marie and ray as my parents. is it possible that i was taken from my mother and not legally adopted?
