Great Granddad,
I am proud of you, the service you provided and sacrifice you made to protect those around you. Your great grandson, my father, retired from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department after +30 years of service and both my younger brothers and I are currently serving on the same department. You have given us a family legacy to be proud of and we hope and pray to meet you one day when we have all served our community to the best of our abilities and our own lives on this earth have been completed.
Thank you,
Aaron Skipper
