My great grandfather and grandfather both had ties to San Francisco. Perhaps you knew one of them. Thanks for protecting SF from organized crime/drug dealers who were and are the scourge of our society. It sounds like you were an outstanding investigator and did your job with honor and dignity. Thanks for your sacrifice, for your city, state and this great nation.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 54th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
How nice for your family that you were honored so many years after your death. Time never diminishes respect.
Rest In Peace.

it has been 57 years since that tragic day that your life was taken in the performance of your duties as a law enforcement officer. you are not forgotten!! you have joined the ranks of an elite cadre of dedicated men and women who have given the supreme sacrifice in the ongoing war against crime. your memory, as a loving husband, father, brother, cousin, friend and special agent will live on in the hearts and minds of those left behind. even to this day, there are those who remember...and honor you. i can attest to that.

wilson,
though i was too young to remember you much, i am honored today to know you are part of our family. You were one of san francisco's chinatown's pioneers in the fight against evil.
