Rest in peace Officer Shaw.
Rabbi Lewis S. Davis

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 87th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.
Rest In Peace

As we approach the anniversary of his death, we pause to honor the memory of Officer Shaw. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of his surviving grandchildren.
May God comfort and keep each of you.
May the family help keep his memory alive by telling of his service and ultimate sacrifice to their children and grandchildren.

No Officer that gave his life should be without reflection. "For those who pledge to uphold it, freedom requires a sacrifice the protected will never understand."
