Reflections for Patrolman Robert C. Scott
Officer Scott, we all have directed traffic at one time or another and we all know the risks. Though the risks are evident, we ignore them simply seeing the task as a normal part of the job. Your death proves that it's not a simple task.
Thank you for your dedicated service and on this 103rd anniversary, I pray your eternal rest is peaceful. God Bless you, Brother.
