Reflections for City Marshal John C. Sauer, Sr.
Marshall Sauer was my Grandfather. I was very young when he passed. I do have vague recollections of him as he stopped by every morning to check on me.

He was my grandfather. He was killed before I was born, but ironically the same day of my husband’s birth. I wished I could have known him. From what I understand and have been told, he was quite a man.
