Rubel is my great uncle that I had never met. He was killed 10 years before I was born. I do remember my Grandfather and other older family members speaking of his kindness.
Thank you for the kind words on reflections.
I give thanks to all of the the people that help protect our country either officers or our military.
I give thanks and condolences to the families that have lost family that was protecting others.
Bless you all from Ruble Robicheaux family .

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 56th anniversary year of your death.
Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.
Rest In Peace.
