Cliff, what isn't mentioned here was that when hit by the train, you were enroute to go out of state following leads on a missing lady and her daughter. You were doing what we as Agents do, and you are not forgotten.
Every new Agent entering service here at the OSBI knows of your story as do attendees at our statewide Citizens Academies. Thanks for being one of those Agents who set the standard for others to follow.
May your family find solace in the service you gave to your citizens here in Oklahoma and the fact that you will always be remembered at the OSBI.
Also, may you rest in the knowledge that years later, those you were trying to find, were discovered to have simply missed a turn next to a lake near their home and their car went into the lake. It was not discovered until a new highway in the area caused the lake to be drained. So while their loss was tragic, it was not due to foul play.
God bless you and your family.

Agent Roberts,
Thank you for your service and sacrifice. It is only fitting that it took something as big as a Train to stop a man as big as you. Godspeed.
