Neal, our Brother. 31 Years ago, You left us in our youth. We have grown older, you're still young. You died in innocence during times of chaos and turmoil.
You are our friend, collegue, our brother. Your sacrifice is remembered in our collective silence year in and year out. We all went in alive as one. We all came out alive but one. You died for us, with you a part of us died. You preserved a piece of our innoncence.
Rest In Peace Our Brother. With Respect and Honor, Your Shift Mates Forever,
Officers T. Barrett, Bob Dandridge,
W. Bader, Owens, L. Todd, and Lt. Al Shanahan.

Officer Ramsburg,
On the day my husband passed away, my niece’s little cousin Josh didn’t believe Duke was dead. He told his family that he saw Duke walk out of the hospital doors with three police officers. When Duke got to the doors, he turned back and smiled at Josh. It is believed that you were one of the three officers with Duke that day. Thank you for the piece of mind knowing that Duke was not alone on his journey to Heaven.

You gave your life trying to prevent a disaster like the 9/11 terrorist attacks long before they would ever happen. If you weren't there that tragic day, America could have possibly suffered a similar attack. Thank you for your sacrifice. I hope that your family has been able to focus on your extremely heroic act over the years, instead of their pain. You earned the right to go rest in a better place, Officer Ramsburg.
