Reflections for Officer Abigail J. Powlett
Abby you were a good academy buddy, a great partner to work with at the Strike Force and a good friend. I have your picture hanging high over my desk. As I walk into my office you are looking over me. Now that I am at the end on my career, I am back in Plainfield working the streets as you did. It harder today than it was back then. God bless you. Know that I think of you often.

I only met Abby once while I was a police explorer, but she really made an impact on my life. Thank you Abby and rest in peace.

ABBY WAS A GREAT POLICE EXPLORER ADVISOR THE SHORT TIME THAT SHE WAS WITH POST 118, WE LEARN SO MANY THINGS FROM HER
AND HAD SO MUCH FUN AT OUR ACTIVITIES. I WAS VERY CLOSE WITH ABBY AND WAS THERE WHEN GOD CALLED HER TO THE POLICE DEPT. IN HEAVEN, I WILL ALWAYS HAVE A SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART FOR ABBY AND WILL NEVER FORGET HER. MAY SHE REST IN PEACE TODAY AND EVERYDAY THERE AFTER. I SPEAK FOR ALL THE EXPLORER IN POST 118 WHEN I SAY WE LOVED YOU VERY MUCH.
