Officer Paine, it's now been 72 years since your murder. Though satisfying to know that you prevented your murderer from ever killing, it didn't bring you back. Thank you for your service to the Town of Marblehead and the Commonwealth as a whole.
God Bless and may you forever Rest in Peace, Brother.

Your heroism and service is honored today on the 62nd anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service.
My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer. He was shot twice when ambushed on April 23rd when he was on a foot pursuit of two bank robbers.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace.

Officer Paine today marks the 59th year since you were killed in the line of duty. Domestic disturbances can be one of the most treacherous situations due to the heated emotions of all involved. I’m just glad you were able to defend yourself to some degree before succumbing to your injuries. You have not been forgotten.
God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
