Although you are no longer with us, your memory continues to live on at Bloomington P.D. We will never let your memory fade, for we know you will help us if ever we are in need.

You are forever our brother.

Billy- After our graduation from the Police Training Institute we went our own ways. I will never forget the winter morning of 1986 when I read the teletype of your passing. Time passes, but memories do not. May you rest in peace and your spirit live on forever in the hearts of your family...
Peace Brother.

I remember the day that you left us. I was very young at the time, but my aunt worked with you at the PD. It was a shock that an officer from my town could be shot. Just a reminder of how dangerous the job is. My best to your family and friends who are still on the job.
