Even though it has been 107 years since your ultimate sacrifice the CPD will never forget you. The heroism that you did that day proves your dedication to duty.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 106th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Your sacrifice was made so many years ago. Evil was, is, and will be a part of life just as goodness such as yours will also be present.
Rest In Peace

The details of your sacrifice are unknown to us, but you gave your life in the line of duty. Rest in peace, hero.
