Your heroism and service is honored today, the 64th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Perhaps one day I will able to meet some of your family at a NORCAL COPS function.
Rest In Peace

RIP on behalf of Richmond PD. We appreciate all you gave in the name of service.
In may of 2008 a memorial at the police department was dedicated in honor of all of our fallen heroes. We encourage friends and family to pay us a visit any time.
