Watch Commander Dale McLaughlin was my first WC when I first started in law enforcement in 1976. He was a tough, no nonsense supervisor, but fair. I learned a lot from him when kicking off my LE career.
I had left the ACSO for a job in Kansas, long before he was killed. It was sad to learn of his death.
