Thomas John Kennedy

Policeman Thomas Kennedy was killed in a motorcycle crash while on duty when he lost control of his motorcycle.

While turning at Temple and Hoover Streets, Policeman Kennedy hit the curb and crashed into a traffic signal. He was thrown onto the street and died instantly.

Policeman Kennedy was a United States Army Air Corps WWII veteran and served with the Los Angeles Police Department for four years. He was survived by his wife, parents, two brothers, and seven sisters.

We are still thinking about you Uncle Tom. You had two nephews named in your honor an grand nephew named Thomas Kennedy that will soon graduate from high school. He has that sparkle in his eyes and an amazing sense of humor just like my father said you had.
