Sheriff Casey Jones suffered a fatal heart attack after struggling with an intoxicated man he was attempting to arrest.
Sheriff Jones had served with the Howard County Sheriff's Office for over one year and previously served as the City Marshal in Glasgow. He was survived by his wife, son, daughter, and mother.
