My parents were close friends of yours and Marillyn’s. Your death was one of the great shots and losses of their young lives. You all used to go skiing together and you were my dad’s commanding officer in New Hampshire. They spoke very fondly of their time together with you. I hope you are in a good place. Both my parents are there with you now and I hope you were able to have a wonderful reunion. I’m sorry you left this world so soon, but I’m glad for the friendship you shared with my parents. You meant a great deal to them.
