My Grandfather did not die of a heart attach as the newspaper states . The back of his head was beaten during the Union Truck riots in 1934. This was discovered during his autopsy at Gearty-Delmore Funeral Parlor, yes they were relatives. My Grandmother Alice Gearty, President of the Women's League of Voter, had to pursue the Mpls Police Department for full benefits of a fallen officer. I never new her well, I was three when she passed away, but I know she was one smart lady.
