View all 13 ReflectionsIt's been almost 50 years since Don passed, and it still hurts. Don and I were on the wrestling and track teams at North High School, and we went to the University of Colorado at the same time during the 1960s. Don's older brother was one of my teachers at Horace Mann Junior High School. His mother made the best hamburgers, and another family member (maybe it was his dad) made great red wine. Don told stories that always made me laugh. What a waste his death was. RIP Don!
