Deputy Phipps,

My wife and I named our son Joshua too. Ironically, today both my wife and son are gone too. I'm very saddened to have learned of your loss. You died a hero, protecting the people of Russell County. Rest in peace. I will pray for your parents, sister, and nephew, as well as your friends, other family members and loved ones and colleagues.

Greater love has no one than this, that a person will lay down his life for his friends. - John 15:13
