View all 5 ReflectionsSir, I has been many years since your death, yet the effects of your passing is still felt by every member of the law enforcement community. Those of us that have been blessed to have served in West Virginia have a deeper connection to a fallen brother. I hope that you are watching over the ones that are still risking their lives every time they donn that uniform. Rest In Peace
