View all 119 ReflectionsRocky, such is life when it seemed like just yesterday you responded for mutual aid in the Tangerine area when i first got to meet you. You were funny, witty and above all a man of integrity. The OCSO was a better place with you in it and Orange County was safer when you were there. Sorry this comes years after your passing, but I had to leave a memory. You touched my life in a positive way aid i learned a lot from you during our small interactions. God bless your family.
