Most Recent Reflection
View all 191 ReflectionsI will never forget that awful day 20 years ago when myself and another nurse stopped at the scene, but were unable to save Officer Tessier. It will continue to be the reason I am so adamant about everyone complying with Move Over laws. RIP Officer Tessier.
