Can you tell me where the Grove of trees was where he was shot? I was in Blossom yesterday August 12, 2024 , and I could not find the gravestone at The Knights of honor cemetery. I'm not even sure that's where he was buried.. My great grandmother Sarah Ida Holcomb was the wife of Benjamin Hill. She later moved to Oklahoma and re-married, and my grandmother was born from that second marriage. This is a heartbreaking and also fascinating story to me. Also very important for my own history. -Grant Davis, Tyler TX
