Louis Edward Wagner

Police Officer Louis Wagner was killed in a motorcycle crash when he lost control of his motorcycle in Kennedy Township near the intersection of Route 22 and Route 30. He had responded to an incident in Moon Township where he made an arrest shortly after arriving at the scene. Once he handed the custody of his prisoner to Moon Township Police once they arrived on the scene Officer Wagner returned to Ingram Borough.

As he was returning to the Borough Officer Wagner lost control of his motorcycle near Lorish Garage and crashed into two vehicles where he he died at the scene.

Officer Wagner had served with the Ingram Borough Police Department for four years. He was survived by his wife and two children.
