Rest in Peace, good and faithful servant.
God has already reserved a final resting place for our peacemakers.
Please continue your caring and vigilant watch over us.
When Law Enforcement perishes, a grieving yet grateful nation mourns.
Thank you for your heroic sacrifice!
Thank you for your selfless service!
Thank you for your guardian protection!

Our prayers to the family and department.

K-9 Lux, It is with true angry sadness that I think of you! With your devotion, courage and flawless desire to serve and protect that rivals that of any officer, it is just WRONG that your demise should be at the hands of a machine.
Why your Creator called you home now is a mystery, but you can rest and play in the company of your fellow canine heroes. May He grant your partner (and the rest of us) peace in accepting "the why" of your passing from here back to Heaven.

Lord God of unfailing love, to those families of our beloved nation, the United States of America, who are suffering in the wake of the loss of a Law Enforcement K-9 family member in the Line-of-Duty, help us to provide support. Allow us to be their rock and fortress in a time of immense pain and uncertainty. Help us to keep them safe and nourished in their time of grief, suffering beside them as we move toward healing and reconciliation. Lord God, in Your compassionate mercy, hear my prayer. Amen.

“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” [Matthew 5:4 ESV]

“And ALL flesh shall see the salvation of God.” [Luke 3:6 ESV]

“For NOT ALL flesh is the same, but there is one kind for humans, another for animals, another for birds, and another for fish.” [1 Corinthians 15:39 ESV]
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” [Matthew 25:23 ESV]
