Disgusting display of barbarism. How sad that murdering a dog does not get you real prison time.
Grunt, Nell. I thank you for your service and know you'll be waiting for your beloved handlers at the Rainbow Bridge.
God Bless both these GOOD DOGS!

My heart breaks as I'm reading this. I hope the scum that murdered you came out of the bushes bleeding, at least. Horrific to think somebody killed any animal like this. My prayers go out to your handler.

Not enough credit is given to the canine units. They protect us and their handlers. God Bless these dogs who have no regard for danger for themselves. But are fully willing to give their lives for all of us and the officers on Law Enforcement. My heartfelt sorry for those who were their owners. And being a old country boy I am fond of Blue Tick and Black and Tan and Mixed hounds. Used them a lot coon hunting as a young boy. Thanks for their service.

You beautiful dog. So young to die. I bet you were just sitting there looking at the criminal, wagging your tail, just so happy you found someone that needed your help. So sorry.

My heart aches for the loss of all 4 K-9's doing what they were trained to do. May each one of them run freely at Rainbow Bridge and guard each department from earth. To their Trainers, many prayers to you, and all departments affected by this tradergy. For all of us whether retired law enforcement or current my heart goes out to each one of you. May your K-9's rest in peace. Sending healing light and many prayers to you from Central Ca.......
