Reflections for K9 Devil
Breaks my heart that there's only one reflection. God looked down from Heaven and saw that man needed a true friend. A friend that could hear the trouble from a mile away, smell the danger, sense the presence of evil. God also knew this friend needed to be ready to defend man, help man, and save man, but most of all, God knew man needed someone to love unconditionally, to be loyal, and always be happy to see him. After careful thought and consideration, God created a creature he called a dog. This dog was so loyal, so strong, so protective, and so loving that honestly man didn't deserve dog, but dog didn't care. He did his job faithfully, just as God intended.
His name may have been Devil, but he was truly a light bringer. He was hope for those who needed his rescue and he was fear for those who needed to be captured. He did his job well, and peace forever in the arms of our Lord is his ever lasting reward.
