K9 Payne:
Thank you for your law enforcement service to the citizens of Pembroke, North Carolina and to the Pembroke Police Department. Let us celebrate your accomplishments and remember your selfless sacrifice in the Line-of-Duty. However, death is not the end; it does not have the final say! Now, my furry Comrade-in-Blue, rest easy, we will take it from here! May the Lord God bless you, your family, your friends, and your colleagues always. FURRY BLUE LIVES MATTER!!!
"Well done, good and faithful servant!" [Matthew 25:21 ESV]
Let us Pray: Almighty God, the Pembroke, North Carolina Police Department was fortunate to receive the gift of Payne from You. Now that he has left this life, please help them cope with his loss with strength and courage. We know that this beloved canine hero no longer suffers, and will live on in the fond memories of his loyal and dedicated law enforcement service for which he was trained. We pray that his accomplishments and unconditional love have enriched the lives of others and that he will forever be remembered by all those who loved and cared for him. Amen
