K9 Credo:
Thank you for your law enforcement service to the citizens of Long Beach, California and to the Long Beach Police Department. Let us celebrate your accomplishments and remember your selfless sacrifice in the Line-of-Duty. However, death is not the end; it does not have the final say! Now, my furry Comrade-in-Blue, rest easy, we will take it from here! May the Lord God bless you, your family, your friends, and your colleagues always. FURRY BLUE LIVES MATTER!!!
"Well done, good and faithful servant!" [Matthew 25:21 ESV]
Almighty God, the Long Beach, California Police Department was fortunate to receive the gift of Credo from You. Now that he has left this life, please help them cope with his loss with strength and courage. We know that this beloved canine hero no longer suffers, and will live on in the fond memories of his loyal and dedicated law enforcement service for which he was trained. We pray that his accomplishments and unconditional love have enriched the lives of others and that he will forever be remembered by all those who loved and cared for him. Amen

Although I didn't know you, Credo, it's because of K9 Officers like YOU, I have felt safe and protected. I can't explain why some people turn out so ....bad. But I want to THANK YOU for being SO BRAVE!!!!! RIP over the rainbow bridge, where no one will EVER hurt you, EVER again. We ALL LOVE YOU!!! My deepest sympathies go out to Credo's handler (Dad) and family on this VERY SAD DAY. I am deeply sorry for your loss.

Such a courageous animal, the police K9 officer. He gave his life while performing his duty and died with honor, protecting his fellow officers. My condolences to his handler, Officer Mike Parcells, and to the department. May Credo rest in peace...
