I grew up going to elementary school at Benito Juarez; Bruno was the the K9 dog that came to visit us yearly. I remember learning about his death my senior year in high school and crying because of the memories I had from his visits. R.I.P.

K9 Bruno:

Thank you for your law enforcement service to the citizens of Anaheim, California and to the Anaheim Police Department. Let us celebrate your accomplishments and remember your selfless sacrifice in the Line-of-Duty. However, death is not the end; it does not have the final say! Now, my Furry Comrade-in-Blue, rest easy, we will take it from here! May the Lord God bless you, your family, your friends, and your colleagues always. BLUE LIVES MATTER!!!

"For the policeman does not frighten people who are doing right; but those doing evil will always fear him. So if you don't want to be afraid, keep the laws and you will get along well. The policeman is sent by God to help you. But if you are doing something wrong, of course you should be afraid, for he will have you punished. He is sent by God for that very purpose. Obey the laws, then, for two reasons: first, to keep from being punished, and second, just because you know you should." [Romans 13:3-5 TLB]
