Rest in Peace, K9 Falco. Your sacrifice is not forgotten.

Falco-
I remember hearing about what happened to you several years back from my father, who was still working with the Kansas Highway Patrol at the time. I always thought it was one of the most cowardly, cruel things that somebody could do... all the good times, all the things you still could've done... all taken away by some lowlife. For some reason, it stuck with me. Jackson County lost not just a great K9 in you, but a wonderful OFFICER as well. I'm sure your handler and partner was and still IS very proud of you- I know I am! Even today, you are still remembered by many- you obviously make quite an impact doing what you did best. You will never be forgotten, buddy! RIP :(
