This breaks my Heart. We as Officers, and Soldiers accept the risk laid before us,and Smile because we know we are making a differance. But with K-9 officers, and soldiers they take a risk, and we always pray that no harm will come to them, because they give unconditionally, without ever knowing the risk.So God Bless the K-9 Officer who was lost, and may God Bless all of the K-9 Officers that are still out their working their beat with their awsome Officer/Friend/handler.

God speed, Officer Kali. Bless all the dogs who serve in the military, law enforcement and private sector to protect us,rescue us and to guide us. I certainly hope Kali wasn't just a tool, as some departments treat their k9s, but rather a partner and part of a family where Kali knew love, warmth and laughter off duty before leaving this earth.
