Please give my most sincere condolences to the Officer Handler of Sani. I know the bond of animal and humans is strong and it is like losing a partner and friend. Sani served her partner well as she did the Border Patrol. We humans know why we do what we do, however the animals do what they do out of love of their handlers. Many blessings to both.

Sadly, the dog is gone but he or she showed so much commitment to their handler and their work. My heart goes out to the officer who showed love and devotion to his dog during this crisis.
