You have served your partner well my friend. Your loyalty and bravery has been unmatched. Now go and run the green fields of heaven. You have earned the rest. You will not be forgotten. Instead, you will now find your place in the rich history of United States law enforcement. Thank you for your service.

My deepest sympathy’s go out to Officer Longbehn who lost his partner , friend, and family member. Kody died the same kind of hero as Officer Longbehn is. I can not express the gratitude I feel towards both Kody and Officer Longbehn for their dedication and service to serving and protecting others. Kody will always be remembered as Officer Longbehn will be a “True Blue Hero.”
You both have my thanks and admiration for all that you have done and sacrificed.

In the line of duty...Kody paid the ultimate sacrifice. Thank you Kody for being the dog that you were born to be. A working dog with a purpose. You got to do your job everyday. You were your handlers right hand dog, partner, and best friend. And when you passed over the rainbow bridge, you left those that knew you with a deep sadness and heavy heart. Kody will always be with you. And now he is the welcoming commitee and protector for other working dogs that pass over the rainbow bridge. I am glad to know that he still has a job to do. Many thanks to the handlers. You are in my thoughts.
