As a retired K9 handler (my dog was "Arras") I want to send my deepest condolences to everyone at the Leon Co. Sheriffs office. I am so sad for all of you, but am so grateful you got the job done and arrested this guy. Good boy Koda...bravery at it's finest! Greet Arras for me at the rainbow bridge....

As s former K9 handler I know the connection that forms with a canine partner. My thoughts and prayers go out to the agency for losing a good K9 officer, but mostly to his handler, who lost his best friend.

OMG, So Sorry for your Loss, We know the feelings of lossing your GSD K9. We had to put our 12 year old white GSD down on Monday. What feelings of remorse and sadness. We hope knowing Koda was doing his job and he will be at the Rainbow Bridge with ALL the other K9's!
