4 years probation? You have got to be joking! That Suspect would have never seen the light of day in Rapides Parish! Its a sad time we live in when the punishment doesn't fit the crime! Might as well say "It's OK to Drive Drunk , Hit a Police Vehicle, injure the Officer driving and kill the K9 officer. Nothing will happen to you by these nutless judges"! ( who are more worried about re-election than justice for the victims)
