I am Det. N. Houlihan from Chesapeake, VA. I am a nine year charter member of Law Enforcement United. We are a charity organization of sworn officers both active and retired that support families of officers killed in the line of duty. I have ridden my bicycle for eight years from Chesapeake, VA to Washington DC during police week while raising thousands of dollars to be donated to both COPS and ODMP. This year I was honored to ride our RUFF Ride chapter from Cumberland, MD to DC in support of K9's killed in the line of duty, I rode for DINGO. I received a dog tag with Dingo's name and EOW etched on it. I carried this token of remembrance with me for three days while I rode approx. 209 miles. I would very appreciative if someone who knows Dingo's handler could pass my email to him so I would be able to send him this memento. Thank you! [email protected]
