I just watched your tragic yet heroic story on Biography sir. May you always rest in peace knowing that 43 years later your killer was brought to justice. You'll always be remembered. Cpl/1 Steven Rizzo Delaware State Police 2008-01-15
You are remembered today and thank you Sir for your service, This writer is pleased that your story lives on with a television show honoring you, however, this writer also feels that justice was not served on your behalf.

Officer Milledge, About two weeks ago I was watching a show about police officers being killed in the line of duty. Your story was one that aired. It spoke of you being one of Miami's first black police officers. How proud that made me. You are a true hero, not only to Miami, but to the rest of the world. You are gone but never forgotten. May God continue to give you rest. God Bless!! Wife of a Police Officer 2006-10-12
A true pioneer who made the ultimate sacrifice, and all for a football game. God bless. ECO K. Bratager Royal Palm Beach PD 2006-04-03
