My thoughts and prayers continue to go out to the family, friends and co-workers of this brave officer. If ever you need to talk to someone or if you would like to know more about the support that NC Concerns of Police Survivors (NC C.O.P.S.)can offer, please don't hesitate to contact me. They have been a blessing to myself and my boys.

I cannot believe it's already been almost 3 months since that horrible phone call at 5:30 in the morning. I want you to know, that we love you. I want you to know that our lives will never be the same, because you are no longer here to share in our joys. Our lives will no longer be the same, because we knew you. A hero.
It's been so hard to move on...breakfast on Saturdays, is so sad now, there is a void that will never be filled-ever. Thank you, Allen, for your service, your sacrifice, your character--we miss you and love you.

It's been two long months now since you went away. There is not a day at the office that you are not thought of. There is not ever a day that you are not in our thoughts. Each day when I put that band around my wrist for you. I think of you, your wife, your Dad, Mom, Sister and many loved ones that were left behind and your law enforcement family that will never forget. It is very hard for the ones left behind but they will reunite with you again one day. It was a day we never thought we would see. You are serving your highest call of duty now. We Love You
God Bless All

You were one of a kind that is for sure. I admired your love and dedication to the profession. After all my visits to the odmp.org page, I never thought it would be for you. You were a great friend and we will all miss you. You died with honor and dignity and for that I know you are proud. May all the BLET students run in your memory!!!
